Meet Dan and Aaron
The story of Capstone starts with two grade school friends who found themselves
as 20-year colleagues in the benefits industry and attending the same church.
They found they were both committed to their
faith and the idea that how we treat clients
matters beyond the bottom line.
These two tenets serve as the foundation for everything we do.
Meet The Capstone Group
In 2005, Dan and Aaron established Capstone Administrators.
They quickly realized their clients needed a straight forward compliance solution
and developed ComplianceDashboard in 2007.
Today, The Capstone Group operates two divisions and two main offices in Indiana and
North Carolina. Both companies are filled with extraordinary people committed to
making a difference in our clients lives, every single day.
